Clients should first contact us through our contact form or call. Then, we’ll set up a time to get back to you to schedule your first appointment or answer any questions. Once clients are set up in their client portal, they can easily book and, if necessary, pay for their dietetics and nutrition appointments through our online client portal. Clients are always welcome to call or message via their client portal.

  • Flexible Scheduling: While consistent follow-ups (e.g., every 1-2 weeks) support the best model for change, you can schedule sessions at a pace that works for you.
  • Insurance Coverage: Many insurance plans often cover most of the costs for these services, making it easier to prioritize your health.
